Group Size: Groups consist of 4-6 participants. Groups will not exceed 6 members to maintain an effective learning dynamic.

Scheduling: The days and times of the group lessons are determined collectively after payment. We strive to accommodate everyone’s schedule preferences. If we cannot arrange a suitable schedule, a full refund will be issued.

Payment: Fees for group lessons must be paid in advance before the lessons begin.

Number of Lessons: In group lessons, there are usually a total of 45 lessons (1 hour each lesson, 45 hours in total.) If the lessons end before 45 hours, the remaining hours are completed with exercises and speaking practice and revision. If they last more than 45 hours, the student is not charged for the extra lessons.

Attendance: All students are expected to attend the lessons in full until the end of the course. The fee for the course they do not attend will not be refunded to the student.

Missed Lessons: If a student misses a group class, the fee for that session is non-refundable. However, the student can watch the video of the missed lesson and ask the parts he/she does not understand.

Commitment to Learning: Language learning requires consistent effort and dedication. Students are encouraged to actively participate, complete homework assignments, and engage in regular practice to achieve optimal learning outcomes.
